It’s true, the first few days are the hardest, which explains my sad face at the moment. From life as a stray to kennel-life surrounded by other cats and dogs barking nearby – life has surely taken a sudden turn! Still, I’m only a year old, so I can easily adapt to being a house-cat, if someone will take their time with me.

I’m a bit shy right now, but I accept petting and head scratches and I’m sure with every passing hour, I’ll settle in a little more, learn to appreciate human contact and eventually find a buddy who will play and cuddle with me. It’s just a matter of time and patience.
