Field Services

Field services remain on emergency calls only, which include people bitten by animals, animal cruelty and neglect, injured animals, and law enforcement requests.

Citations and services related to the field will be conducted by officers or directed to the main phone line for information and questions.

Appointments required
Appointments will be required before any member of the public may enter the shelter for any of the following purposes:

Foster animal vet appointments.

Adoptions (Guests must call 407-742-8000 or email questions to petadoptions@osceola.org prior to their adoption appointment). Group size limited to 4 individuals.

Lost pets (Guests must have completed an online lost pet report with a photo before making a lost pet walk through appointment. Guests may call to complete a lost pet report over the phone if they do not have internet access). Only 1 guest allowed for a lost pet walk through.

Found pets (Guests must have completed an online found pet report with photo for all stray/found animals before calling to set up an appointment to bring a stray pet to the shelter). Only 1 guest allowed for a found pet/stray drop off.

RTO (Return to Owners) – pets being returned to owners must have an appointment and only 1 individual allowed for pick up

Owner requested euthanasia – service available for emergencies only by appointment

Pet license tags
Pet license tags are not available at the shelter at this time.
All tags or pet licenses must be completed:
Volunteers & interns
On site volunteering for qualified adult volunteer team members will recommence on Monday, June 22. Other volunteer groups will begin at a later date. To participate, the volunteer must have completed the Covid 19 reopening learning module. Certain additional restrictions will apply.
