Traps can be reserved
You can call us at (407) 742-8000. There is typically a waiting period that we do not control. It is determined by the number of traps available for loan. Traps are issued for a period of one week and are issued on a first come, first serve basis.
You must return the trap to the animal shelter before closing at 5:00 on the scheduled day. Failure to return the trap by the designated day will result in disqualification for borrowing traps in the future.
There is no charge to borrow the trap as long as it is returned without damage. If a trap is missing, it is your responsibility to replace the trap. A trap replacement costs approximately $60.
Proper trapping guidelines must be followed to avoid animals being put at risk of injury or death. You will be required to sign a trap agreement in order to receive a loaned trap.
