Super Big props to Mr. Andrew for all the hard work he has put into the outside of our building. He has taken it upon himself to pick up from Home Depot (their donation) and redo several areas of the building. If you haven't seen the front yet be sure to have a look. It looks sooooo much better. He is continuing to beautify around the building. If you see him hard at work be sure to say thank you for all his hard work and sweat. THANK YOU MR ANDREW for all you do. 🙂

We wanted to give a huge thank you to those who helped vet suite on 4/27.

* Amanda did great restraining for anesthesia/sedation and helping surgically prep animals.

* Andrew went above and beyond (like always) with a quarantined animal being returned to its owner. That is not to mention discharges he does when we are too busy.

* Chelsea did us the huge favor of transporting a fire dog that wasn’t doing so good to a vet’s office.

* Angie helped us immensely with surgery paperwork from the animals that went to Harmony the previous day.

* Last but not least, the kennel attendants who moved dogs back to their kennels after surgery, not just that day but all the other surgery days.

We don’t say it enough but know that it is always appreciated!

This is Animal Services Officer Appreciation week so I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every officer: Ryan, Ed, Christie, Miranda, Heath, Jessica, Leslie, Billie Jean, Stephanie, Neill, Melissa, and Carie. Thank you all so much for spending your days and nights protecting the citizens and animals of Osceola County. You are the staff who get called out in the middle of the night to help someone bitten by a dog or to rescue the injured animal from the roadway. You should be proud of the work you do!

I want to thank the vet clinic staff for coming in last Saturday to triage the cats and dogs that were brought in Friday and to assist Dr. Gaston. You ladies are AWESOME!!

Thanks Amanda ,Sophia and Tami for jumping in yesterday and helping us answer all the phone calls. Much appreciated.
