Meet Our High‑Spirit Adventure Buddy

This approximately 2‑year‑old, neutered large mixed‑breed male is a joyful, energetic companion who’s ready for an active home to match his enthusiasm. He mostly walks nicely on leash, though he can pull on occasion—especially when excited to go outside or meet other dogs. He would likely do well with an EasyWalk®–style front‑clip harness and is currently working on “leave it” and other positive-reinforcement-based training.

During supervised sessions, he has done well with dogs of all sizes; even when his exuberance isn’t returned, he backs off without showing any aggression. On leash, he is interested in cats and may pull toward them, but he respects their signals and does not persist once corrected.

He’s been to the beach and loves the water—whether it’s playing in the surf or splashing through puddles, this pup is happiest when wet and having fun.

Behaviorally, he’s a “big puppy”: eager, curious, and still polishing his manners. He knows sit and down, responds to gentle verbal cues like “off” and “uh‑uh,” and is both housebroken and crate trained. He goes into his crate easily when paired with a food reward (like a stuffed Kong). Regular exercise, mental enrichment (e.g., food puzzles, training games), and a consistent basic-obedience routine will help channel his energy in positive ways.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate dog to join you on hikes, beach days, and everyday adventures, he might be your perfect match.
