Organizer Responsibilities:

While we may be able to provide guidance for your event, we do not have the staff or volunteers to handle the tasks associated with organizing and planning third party donation drives. Please note third-party donation drives cannot be held at Osceola County Animal Services.

Promotion and Publicity:

Osceola County Animal Services can provide informational materials about the shelter and our programs and services.  Advanced notice is needed with quantity and types of information requested in order for us to provide these materials in a timely manner.

Due to the number of requests we receive, Osceola County Animal Services may attempt, but cannot guarantee:

► Promotion of your event on our website and social media

► Distribution of posters or literature

The event must be promoted in a manner to avoid statements or the appearance that Osceola County Animal Services endorses any product, firm, organization, individual or service.

All promotional materials must clearly state what percentage or portion of proceeds will benefit Osceola County Animal Services.

Donation Drive Completion:

► The organizer is responsible for delivering in-kind donations to the shelter.

► We will provide a list of the most needed items but we recommend you look at our Amazon Wishlist for ideas.

► We cannot accept open or expired items.

► We also request that all blankets and fleeces are twin size or smaller and do not have any stuffing. Any item being donated that is gently used must be clean, in working condition, and stain free.
