► Assignment completion will be checked regularly.
► Students who have not completed any assignments in that time period will be deactivated.
Program Assignments
Assignment 1
Submit application & parent permission
In order to begin volunteering for us, both of these documents must be submitted.
Assignment 2
Complete the Volgistics module

► Must achieve at least 80%. You can take it as many times as you need to.
Assignment 3
Set up your Volgistics account
► Folow the instructions in your welcome email to set your password and access your account.
► Add a profile photo of yourself (Clear photo of your face that you would use for an ID).
► Opt into text messaging (Volgistics, our volunteer management system, sends no-reply text messages for reminders).
Assignment 4
Schedule your Day 1 orientation
► Log in to Volgistics
► Click the Schedule tab.
► Choose a day for your orientation and Day 1 training. There will be an orange bar on the calendar to indicate open days.
