Position description	Development and/or marketing experience required May be college student Extensive experience using social media Experience with Word Press preferred Experience with writing Experience with basic computer applications Collaborate with other staff, including the director

Other position details	Development Responsibility: Implement a strategy for securing gifts from a variety of sources, including foundations, corporations, individuals and events. You will play an integral role in forging new relationships, building a pipeline of new donors, individual and business sponsors and corporate partners to execute OCAS’s overall fundraising strategy. Work with a team to research and write grants and oversee donor recognition.Marketing Responsibility: Work across the organization to identify and execute marketing campaigns for the organization, events, programs and adoptable animals. Contribute copy, content and visual imagery for OCAS publications, digital and social communication and print collateral to engage targeted audiences.
