Recently, a new cat has shown up, and I am unsure if it is spayed/neutered but it is definitely not owned. I can't get close to either of these cats, as they are too skittish. They are in good health and I really want to make sure that the new one is sterilized and vaccinated. I don't know if you would update vaccines on the previous one since it's been almost 3 years.
