The adult cats attack and injure resident neighboring pet cats. We've found dead cats that look to have been struck by cars. Many look sickly and injured. They multiply every season. They are on one neighbors porch every night, (the colony address I listed above). We were told by a tenant in that house, the owners feed them in the backyard and have 6 additional breeding ones inside as well, And after kittens are grown they put them outside to live and subsequently continue breeding outdoors. The aggressive males that wonder properties to attack pet cats constantly spray on all our yards. Please please help us. Thank you.

She owns a business out of this location and has been feeding ferals for the entirety of my home ownership (3 years). I have approached her multiple times about feeding ferals due to their destructive nature. The cats are coming onto my property fighting, urinating all over my car, front door, grill cover in the back yard etc. They also get into my secured back yard and fight with my dog. One fight almost cost my dog his life as he became deathly ill after the encounter. I have tried explaining to her that she is now civilly liable for damages due to her negligence. He has also injured and killed a cat that has gotten in our yard and I have explained to her that he is properly confined to HIS OWN yard doing what dogs do. She is refusing to stop feeding them and now theyve destroyed an entire air duct that goes under my home which is now filled with rainwater as well. i'm ready to litigate this issue civilly as i am absolutely fed up with these cats and i need them REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. no TNR, nothing of the nature, they need to go and she needs to stop feeding IMMEDIATELY.
