The issue I have is that the cats are being fed multiple times a day (overfed) so the food left on ground is drawing racoons & other wildlife during the day which I have photos of. These cats are being fed on the church property across the street from my home & I do not know if the feeder has written permission or not, but as a resident, I am concerned about the wildlife who are also hanging around knowing food will be there.. I did receive a deterrent from your program probably close to a year ago but it was stolen from my property.

The colony is located on a construction site that is closed off to the public (on the corner of 192 and 535 in Kissimmee, adjacent to the Poinciana Place shopping plaza). I have permission from the Project Manager of the site to access, and they're aware of the cats on the property. Their feeding station is in the back right area behind the remaining trees, but they sleep in the underground storm drain and stay there during the active construction hours. The original TNR was completed prior to the construction start.
