I do not care that she feeds them as she has apparently been doing for a long time. The issue I have is that the cats frequently come into my yard & use as their litter box particularly at night & I have 2 small dogs that go out & get into the feces. This is a health concern for me for my pets. I also find paw prints on our vehicles inside our property on a regular basis.
