They often are under cars and hanging out. I have attempted to trap them they allow you to get close but will then run away. I have noticed a neighbor feeding them which is not helping the issue. other neighbors have also used a cat deterrent that have a high-pitched sound and blinking lights. I'm on vacation and I found this stray mama and her kitten living in the bushes in the parking lot. I am putting out food for them while I'm here but I'm only here for 8 more days. Then they are completely on their own again. I thought of the TNR program as we have that program at the Humane Society in Manatee county where I live and volunteer.
